At Framd we want you to love your order. If something isn't right we're here to help.
Damaged or Defective Items If your case arrives damaged or with a defect please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ascensionstore@outlook.com. Send us a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong phone model please contact us within 7 days at ascensionstore@outlook.com and we'll sort it immediately.
Change of Mind As our cases are personalised products we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you select the correct phone model before placing your order.
Photo Quality For the best display results we recommend using high contrast, well lit images. As the e-ink display renders in a limited colour palette we cannot issue refunds based on image quality unless the case itself is defective.
