Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times Standard delivery takes between 5-10 business days. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch please contact us at ascensionstore@outlook.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Damaged in Transit If your case arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ascensionstore@outlook.com with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement straight away.

International Shipping We currently ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
