General These terms apply to all customers purchasing from Framd. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate including your phone model selection. Framd cannot be held responsible for orders placed with an incorrect phone model. Please double check your model before completing your purchase.

Personalised Products All Framd cases are customised by the customer using our dedicated app after receiving the case. We do not store or access any photos uploaded by customers. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to display on your case.

Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Orders are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days. Framd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Intellectual Property You confirm that you have the right to use any image you upload to your Framd case. Framd accepts no liability for any copyright infringement resulting from images uploaded by customers.

Liability Framd's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
